Mobility

Mobility is often the missing piece.  You may be strong or fit or both, but can you split, bend, twist and reach with control, load and endurance? Lack of mobility causes tightness, injuries, imbalances and pain. Mobility by definition is the ability to move in and out of any position with control and ease. These sessions include loaded stretching, moving smoothly between positions, flexibility,  and learning correct muscle activation.

Fitness

The fitter you are, the faster you recover - and that means being able to do more of what you love for longer! A healthier heart and more energy leads to a better life. Fitness sessions include boxing, high-intensity intervals, and endurance training.

Strength

We want to create strength that you can use in the real world, not just in the gym. These sessions include Olympic ring work, body weight fundamentals, core, handstands and functional movements.

Problem solving

Playing and learning new skills isn't just for kids. Your brain needs to work out too! Most exercises are only difficult physically, not mentally. In this session it's all about learning something new, adapting, adjusting, and figuring out problems. This will improve your body awareness and motor skills. Problem solving session includes juggling, slackline walking, stick games, movement riddles and trust exercises.
