Why Movement?
In today's comfortable, high-tech world, people struggle to find the time to move. Those who find the motivation to get out of the house restrict themselves.
It's common to see people training only one kind of movement, creating huge imbalances in the body. For example: a runner who only runs might have great endurance, but low strength and high tightness. Analysing any single discipline will to lead to a missing link.
Movement training is about finding balance: as you get stronger, you also need to become more mobile. Wouldn't you like more fitness, strength and flexibility?


How does it work?
We run semi-private sessions (4 people max) so everyone can get the benefits of both 1-on-1 and group training. Each session has a different focus, such as strength or mobility.
In each session we warm up, workout, and cool down. Every type of movement we do has regressions (easier) and progressions (harder) to suit every level, no matter where you are at. We train athletes and office workers: there is a challenge for everyone.
Our program consists of body weight strength training, high intensity cardio and control and flexibility in all ranges of motion. We also train our brains and body awareness - how to adapt to new skills and explore human movement. When was the last time you tried to juggle?
